This stylish two bedroom two bathroom apartment is fully furnished and located at Estepona which is 40 minutes from both the international airports of Málaga and Gibraltar.
The Town
The town of Estepona has all the usual amenities including a bank, shops, medical facilities and restaurants. The apartment has the advantage of being situated in the same estate as the Ritz Carlton (Villa Padierna) Hotel. This means that visitors have the option of a self catering holiday or dining at the hotel.

The Apartment
The apartment has beautiful views overlooking the sea and two first class golf courses in the Los Flamingos estate. It is fully furnished with a microware, dishwasher, fridge, sky TV and benefits from the use of three swimming pools, tennis courts as well as underground car parking. The apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis if required. The Los Flamingos estate has excellent security and is about only about 2 kilometres from the beach.
The Weather
The location has 300 days of sunlight a year with average annual temperatures of 16/17 degrees centigrade in December, January and February to 28-30 degrees centigrade in the summer months.
Activities
There is an enormous amount to do. Suggestions of interesting places to visit are shown below. You can enjoy water sports at many locations on the beach and we would recommend a visit to Tarifa where you can rent boats, undertake jet skiing, wind surfing, horse riding and hiking. Alternatively, you can visit various street markets in the nearby villages, go to a flamenco show, experience a bullfight or go to a safari or aqua park with younger children. There are excellent restaurants in the area and this location is a golfing paradise with over 50 golf courses which are within close proximity to the apartment.
Typical cost for a weekend per person
A weekend holiday woud cost €600 in the low season to €800 in the high season. A typical round of golf would vary from €60-€100 per person. Air fares and car hire are very reasonably priced provided that the booking is made in advance.
